Situation review
Legal form, company status, people involved and the planned activity in Poland.
POLAND ↔ TÜRKİYE
We bring together accounting, HR and payroll, plus support with employment and residence formalities. The aim is to keep Polish company obligations organised without unnecessary hand-offs between multiple providers.
The ability of foreign nationals to establish and run a business in Poland depends on factors such as nationality, legal form and residence status. Current conditions should be checked against the official entrepreneur portal Biznes.gov.pl ↗.
WHERE TO START
Not every company needs the same set of formalities. Starting a new business is different from entering the Polish market with an existing company, and different again from the day-to-day needs of an employer hiring foreign nationals.
At the first stage we establish whether the matter concerns a new company, an existing entity, employees, the owner or a management board member. We then combine the relevant areas: accounting, HR, employment and residence.
COOPERATION MODEL
We define the scope according to the company's situation. The model below shows how the individual areas can be combined into one process.
Legal form, company status, people involved and the planned activity in Poland.
Setting up document flow, settlements and contact with the accounting team.
HR and payroll and, where necessary, formalities related to employing foreign nationals.
Current documents, questions, changes and new matters directed to the appropriate team.

QUESTIONS
The available forms depend on the individual's circumstances. The official Biznes.gov.pl portal indicates that nationals of countries outside the EU/EEA may establish specified commercial companies, while the ability to operate as a sole trader can depend, among other factors, on residence status. Current conditions should be checked for the specific case before registration.
Yes. Cooperation can cover one area or several related services. In practice, this can help keep company and employee documentation within one coordination model.
Many matters can be started and handled remotely. We establish the document flow and any situations requiring personal attendance after reviewing the case.
Direct service is provided in Polish and Turkish. We also present our service scope on the website in English and German.
The information on this page is general. It does not replace individual legal, tax or immigration analysis; the appropriate route depends on current rules and the circumstances of the client.
